Throughout this span, numerous individuals, organizations, and companies have earnestly embraced the SDGs. However, regrettably, the climate crisis shows little sign of abating. Though there may have been a slight deceleration in its exacerbation, the overall trajectory appears increasingly dire.
Addressing global warming while sustaining economic growth presents an inherent paradox, suggesting that arresting global warming may necessitate a prolonged period of negative economic growth spanning decades. Effectively mitigating global warming and environmental degradation demands a fundamental shift in the lifestyles of those residing in developed nations.
